ETS organized a training session for Tikur Anbessa Specialized Hospital nurses on "Lung Cancer Screening, Diagnosis, and Care" from June 27 to 28, 2024. A total of 19 nurses from various units, including the matron and quality officer, participated in the training. The training primarily focused on lung cancer screening and patient care. During the session, the revised screening tool was also introduced. The training was provided in a CPD format with an accredited course module. Delegates from the Ministry of Health (MoH) also participated, providing an overview of the national cancer control plan and sharing their expectations for this project.
